Experience- 3 to 5 Years
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong Working Experience in Application support role / Service Delivery Projects
- Good Deployment and Application troubleshooting skills Experience- Ex: Tomcat Apache/Web logic.
- Working knowledge and Experience in Linux and Windows environments.
- Knowledge of cloud services is a plus to have.
- Knowledge of Ticketing tools(Service now/Jira).
- Working Knowledge on – Database(Oracle, SQL).
- Should be a Team Player and Self-Motivated leader.
- Strong Communications skills to deal with Internal and external stack holders.
- Strong knowledge and exposure on collaborating and Client Interaction skills.
- Having strong knowledge and exposure on collaborating with Multiple internal and external teams.
- Client Management, Escalation Management, SLA.
- Working on shifts. No Night shifts.
